Isabella is hand blocked saucer from three layers of black with white spots sinamay, wired on its outer edge, bound with wide black silk taffeta. The top of the saucer and the underside are decorated with black silk taffeta bows along with white, hand made silk flowers and velvet leaves. Isabella comes with aremovable headband that is easily removed to assist in packing for travel to your special event.
