Introduction to the Sewing Machine (ISM)

If you have never touched a sewing machine before or just want to refresh the fundamentals this class will get you going in just a 2 ½  hour session. Starting with how to thread a machine, fill and insert a bobbin and sew straight seams. Then onto understanding a variety of stitches and there uses. Finally, trying your first project!

We will go over some of the most common challenges you encounter when learning to sew and how to trouble shoot them. Making sure that frustration doesn’t get in the way of your new hobby.

Sewing machines are provided but you are welcome to bring in your own machine.
